JUMBLE GATE
Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
About us
Genis Labs Pty Ltd (ABN: 77 703 398 010) operates Jumble Gate and this website. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Genis Labs Pty Ltd.
Jumble Gate is a puzzle game with no accounts, advertising or tracking SDKs. The iPhone and iPad app offers optional purchases through Apple. You do not need to provide personal information to play.
Game data on your device
The game stores your progress, coins, stars, settings, unfinished games, personal bests, collection choices, season history and downloaded puzzles locally. This information is used to resume play and remember your choices. The app does not upload this game data to us or sync it between devices. Your operating system may include it in backups you control.
Optional Apple purchases
Apple handles payment for Premium and coin packs using your Apple Account. We do not receive your card details. The app uses Apple's StoreKit framework to verify purchases and check Premium access, and stores transaction identifiers locally to avoid granting the same coins twice. No RevenueCat or third-party payment SDK is used.
Premium can be restored using the same Apple Account. Coin balances and puzzle progress stay on this installation; consumable balances are not synced between devices and cannot be restored after deleting local data. Coins do not expire. Apple retains purchase records under its own privacy and retention policies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
Puzzle downloads and website hosting
The app downloads puzzle data over HTTPS from jumblegate.com. Daily Gate checks https://jumblegate.com/daily-v2.json; older app versions use https://jumblegate.com/daily-v1.json. Seasonal adventures check https://jumblegate.com/seasons-v1.json and download available packs from the /seasons/ path. These requests do not include your scores, game progress, coin balance, purchase history, account information or an advertising identifier. Bundled and previously downloaded puzzles remain playable offline.
Cloudflare hosts our puzzle downloads and website. Network requests expose an IP address, approximate location derived from that address, request time, requested address, request headers and technical connection information. The puzzle service retains request logs and sampled performance traces, including response status and timing, to deliver content, investigate errors, maintain availability and protect against abuse. This information may remain associated with the network IP address; it is not anonymous merely because the game has no account. We do not use it for advertising, personalised marketing or tracking you across other apps or websites.
We use service providers under applicable confidentiality, security and data-protection requirements. Cloudflare describes its safeguards and processing obligations at https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/ and its own processing at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. Apple handles purchases under its own privacy policy linked above.
Sharing and support
Copy result to share writes the displayed game result and a game link to your clipboard only when you press that button. The app does not read your clipboard or send the result to anyone. You choose whether and where to paste it.
Opening support or the online privacy policy opens your browser. If you contact support, you choose what information to send; your contact details and message are used to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until the app's data is deleted. On iPhone or iPad, Delete App removes its local data; Offload App preserves it. Deleting the game loses local progress. Backups are managed separately in your device or backup provider's settings. The former browser demo is no longer available. If you previously played it, clear site data for jumblegate.com in your browser settings to delete its saved progress.
Cloudflare currently documents retention of up to seven days for Workers request logs and performance traces, and up to 31 days for the security analytics and events available on our website plan. These are specific product retention periods; other provider records may follow Cloudflare’s privacy policy or legal requirements. We do not export request logs to a separate Logpush destination.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, resolve related issues and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of information you sent to support or withdraw consent for optional support processing by contacting us. Any records that must be retained for legal reasons are limited to that purpose.
We cannot retrieve or remotely delete game progress because it is stored on your device. To ask about or request deletion of information sent to support or processed through our hosted service, email support@jumblegate.com or visit https://jumblegate.com/support/. We will assess requests concerning hosted information with our service provider, subject to security needs, provider retention and applicable law. You can avoid further puzzle-download requests by playing offline with bundled or previously downloaded puzzles. Support and website links open separately in your browser.
Children
The game does not ask players for their age, name, location or contact information. There are no social profiles, chat, advertising or public user uploads. A parent or guardian can contact support about privacy concerns.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the app's data practices change. The current online policy is at https://jumblegate.com/privacy/. Privacy questions and requests can be emailed to support@jumblegate.com. Support information is at https://jumblegate.com/support/.
